Discovering Talent
Part of the challenge in making the film was finding the right actors/talent to portray the main characters, because although story being the integral part in any film, it is dependent on the talent to elicit emotions from the viewers, making them able to identify & respond to the performance of the characters. Since the subject matter that we tackled was a bit on the sensitive side, we had to find talents who were open and comfortable in portraying such roles. It was quite fortunate that we found our actors Nene and Lexine to play the nanny and the daughter respectively. They were very enthusiastic about the whole project and were easy to work; they also took direction very well.
